TERMS & CONDITIONS

By renting or reserving a vehicle from Ride With Lux, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
- DRIVER REQUIREMENTS
Drivers must:
- Be at least 21 years old
- Possess a valid driver’s license
- Provide valid identification and payment information
- RESERVATIONS
All reservations are subject to vehicle availability and approval by Ride With Lux.
- PAYMENTS
The renter is responsible for:
- Rental charges
- Security deposits
- Fuel charges
- Tolls
- Traffic violations
- Damage fees
- Late return fees
- SECURITY DEPOSIT
A refundable security deposit may be required before vehicle pickup.
- VEHICLE USE
Vehicles may not be used:
- For illegal activities
- For racing or reckless driving
- By unauthorized drivers
- Under the influence of drugs or alcohol
- Outside approved travel areas without permission
- FUEL POLICY
Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level provided at pickup unless otherwise agreed.
- LATE RETURNS
Late returns may result in additional hourly or daily charges.
- DAMAGE & ACCIDENTS
Any accident, theft, or damage must be reported immediately. The renter may be responsible for damages not covered by insurance.
- CANCELLATIONS
Cancellation and refund eligibility may vary depending on timing and booking type.
- PERSONAL PROPERTY
Ride With Lux is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items left in vehicles.
- RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
Ride With Lux reserves the right to refuse or terminate service at its discretion.
- GOVERNING LAW
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Iowa.
