What is Ride With Lux?
Ride With Lux is a private, luxury car rental company offering high-end vehicles for personal and business use. We provide a direct rental experience — no middleman platforms.
How do I book a vehicle?
Contact us directly by phone, text, or email to check availability. We’ll send you the rental agreement and payment instructions.
What do I need to rent a car?
- Valid driver’s license
- Proof of insurance (unless purchasing our coverage)
- Security deposit (amount varies by vehicle)
- Minimum age: 25+ (exceptions may apply with higher deposit)
Is there a deposit?
Yes. A refundable security deposit is required to protect against damages, excessive mileage, or violations. It is returned within 3–7 business days after the vehicle is inspected and cleared.
What is included in the rental price?
- Agreed daily or weekly mileage allowance
- Standard cleaning after return
- Basic roadside assistance within the rental area
Can I extend my rental?
Yes, as long as the vehicle is available. Extensions must be requested at least 24 hours before your rental period ends.
What happens if the car is damaged during my rental?
You are responsible for all damages during your rental period. Repairs will be deducted from your deposit or billed separately if they exceed the deposit amount.
Are there mileage limits?
Yes. Each rental includes a set mileage limit. Additional miles are charged per our rental agreement.
Do you offer delivery and pickup?
Yes. We offer delivery and pickup within the service area for a flat $30 fee each way. This must be arranged at booking.
What if I return the vehicle late?
Late returns are subject to late fees per the rental agreement. If you need more time, contact us as early as possible to avoid penalties.
Do you allow smoking or pets?
No smoking or vaping is allowed. Pets are only permitted if pre-approved and must be in a carrier. Cleaning fees will apply for any pet hair, odors, or damage.
How do I pay?
We accept Zelle, CashApp, PayPal, credit/debit cards, and cash for both rental fees and deposits.
