CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Ride With Lux values customer satisfaction and aims to provide fair and transparent booking policies.
- CANCELLATIONS
Reservations may be canceled by phone or email.
- REFUND ELIGIBILITY
- Cancellations made at least 48 hours before pickup may qualify for a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before pickup may be subject to cancellation fees.
- No-shows are generally non-refundable.
- EARLY RETURNS
No refunds are guaranteed for unused rental time unless approved by management.
- VEHICLE AVAILABILITY
If a reserved vehicle becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, Ride With Lux may provide a comparable replacement vehicle or issue a refund.
- REFUND PROCESSING
Approved refunds may take 5–10 business days depending on your financial institution.
